At Fah Thai Spa, we strive to provide every guest with exceptional service and a relaxing experience. Your satisfaction is important to us. Please review our refund policy below:
Service Refunds:
1. No Refunds for Completed Services: Once a service has been provided, it is considered fulfilled and is strictly non-refundable, regardless of who made the booking.
2. During the Visit: If you are dissatisfied with your service, please inform us immediately during your visit so we can address your concerns on the spot.
3. After the Visit: We do not issue refunds for any reason once the service has been completed. At our discretion, we may offer a corrective or alternative service if notified within 48 hours.
Gift Card Refunds:
1. All gift card sales are final and non-refundable.
2. Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash, unless required by law.
3. Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced.
Prepaid Packages:
1. Prepaid packages are non-refundable but may be transferred to another person upon request.
2. Expired packages cannot be refunded or extended unless otherwise agreed upon.
Late Arrivals & Cancellations
3. 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
4. Late arrivals may result in shortened service time, with the full price charged.
5. No-shows may be charged the full amount for the missed appointment.
